LEPZI Quanti PLGF Test
LEPZI Quanti PLGF Test is fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Placenta Growth Factor (PLGF) in EDTA anticoagulated whole blood or plasma samples.
The test is intended for the monitoring of placental function.
The test is intended for the monitoring of placental function.
Abstract
Uterine spiral artery remodeling is necessary for the development of placenta. Uterine spiral artery trophoblast cells secrete placental growth factor (PLGF) to promote angiogenesis and improve blood perfusion. PLGF is a reference index to evaluate the growth and development of placenta. The low PLGF value reflects the defect of placenta formation.
