LEPZI Quanti D-Dimer Test
LEPZI Quanti D-Dimer Test is fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative determination of D-Dimer in EDTA anticoagulated whole blood or plasma samples.
D-Dimer is the key index to diagnose deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE) and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).
D-Dimer is the key index to diagnose deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE) and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).
(1)Abstract
D-Dimer is a specific degradation product produced by fibrinogen monomer cross-linked by activating factor XIII and then hydrolyzed by fibrinolytic enzyme. It is a specific marker of fibrinolytic process, and its formation or increase reflects the activation of coagulation and fibrinolytic system.
(2)Clinical application
Diagnostic evaluation of DVT and PE
Ruling out suspicious DVT and PE
Monitoring indicators of surgical operation and thrombolytic therapy
Adjuvant diagnosis of cardiovascular disease
Detection of hypercoagulable status in hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy
