LEPZI Quanti cTnI Test
LEPZI Quanti cTnI Test is fluorescence immunoassay for the quantitative determination of Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) in EDTA anticoagulated whole blood or plasma samples.
cTnI is the "golden standard" for diagnosing AMI.
cTnI is the "golden standard" for diagnosing AMI.
(1)Abstract
cTnI has a small molecular weight and is more sensitive to myocardial injury. cTnI can show positive results in micro myocardial injury. The half-life of cTnI in circulating blood is 67min. Therefore, when myocardial injury occurs, cTnI appears in blood earlier and lasts for a long time, which is of great value for the diagnosis of myocardial injury.
(2)Clinical application
The preferred marker for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction(NACB)
The "Golden Standard" for AMI diagnosis
Prognostic assessment and risk stratification of ACS
Evaluation of myocardial ischemia injury area
Measure the extent of myocardial damage caused by heart surgery
Improving patient management
